These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cj33 and form a binding legal agreement between you and cj33. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and cj33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all access and use of the cj33 website at cj33.bet and any related services, features, content, or applications offered by cj33.
By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on cj33, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To register a cj33 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

- You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party.

cj33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during the lifetime of the account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances pending review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cj33 account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes. cj33 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. Your obligations include:
- Never disclosing your password to any third party, including any person claiming to represent cj33 customer support.
- Logging out of your cj33 account after each session when using a shared, public, or unfamiliar device — including internet cafes in Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi or any other city.
- Notifying cj33 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
- Using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service or platform.
cj33 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:
- All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the deposit rejected.
- Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your cj33 account. cj33 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
- Deposits processed via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your cj33 wallet instantly following confirmation of the mobile money transaction. Delays caused by the payment provider's own network are outside cj33's control.
- cj33 does not charge platform fees on deposits made via bKash or Nagad. Fees imposed by the payment provider at their end are the responsibility of the player. Visa and Mastercard transactions may be subject to bank processing fees outside cj33's control.
Withdrawals of winnings and deposited funds are subject to the following conditions. cj33 processes withdrawal requests 24/7 and aims to complete verified withdrawal requests promptly:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (bKash withdrawal to the bKash number that deposited, Nagad to Nagad, and so on). cj33 does not permit withdrawal to a different account or person.
- Before any withdrawal is processed, cj33 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission and approval.

- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method. These amounts are displayed within the withdrawal section of your cj33 account dashboard.
cj33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms that will be stated clearly at the time the offer is communicated. The following general conditions apply to all cj33 bonuses:
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The specific rollover amount and qualifying games are stated on the individual promotion page.
- cj33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Active bonus balances already credited will be honoured under the original terms stated at the time of the offer.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using coordinated betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of all bonus balances, reversal of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.
The following rules govern the placement and settlement of all bets across sports betting, cricket, live casino, slots, and crash games on cj33:
- All bets are final once confirmed. cj33 will not accept cancellation requests after a bet is submitted and accepted by the system, except in circumstances outlined in specific game or sport rules (for example, a voided cricket match due to weather).
- In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, cj33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. cj33 will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
- Betting limits (minimum and maximum stake per bet, maximum payout per event) are set per market and displayed before bet placement. cj33 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time, including restricting account stakes for accounts displaying suspected arbitrage or professional betting patterns.
- Live in-play betting markets on cricket — including BPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh matches — are suspended during key moments of play (ball delivery, DRS reviews, wickets) to ensure bet integrity. Bets placed in the moment before a suspension are accepted only at the odds available at the exact time of acceptance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on cj33 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities :
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features in a way not intended for human players.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or table games.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, display errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using the cj33 platform for any form of money laundering, including layering deposited funds through multiple games or payment methods to disguise the origin of the funds.
cj33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all registered players in Bangladesh. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings:
- Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period.

- Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials, including cases where your device was accessed by another person in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or anywhere else in Bangladesh.
cj33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cj33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of cj33 after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of any available balance subject to the terms in effect at the time of your withdrawal request.
